  1. clams
  2. 2 tbspunsalted butter
  3. 1 tbspfresh basil
  4. 2 tbspsliced sundried tomatoes
  5. 1pepper
  6. 1red pepper flake
  7. 1salt
  8. 3/4 cupwhite wine
  9. 2 tbspminced garlic
  10. 2 lblittle neck clams

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    saute butter, clams,tomatoes pinch of red pepper flake and garlic till garlic starts to brown

  2. 2

    cooking over med heat add wine and reduce till all clams open and broth is reduced by half

  3. 3

    finish with chopped fresh basil and also use as garnish
