1 tbspfresh basil
2 tbspsliced sundried tomatoes
1pepper
1red pepper flake
1salt
3/4 cupwhite wine
2 tbspminced garlic
2 lblittle neck clams

saute butter, clams,tomatoes pinch of red pepper flake and garlic till garlic starts to brown
2

cooking over med heat add wine and reduce till all clams open and broth is reduced by half

finish with chopped fresh basil and also use as garnish
