6avacados
1 bunchcilantro
1/2jalapeno
1 canlow sodium chicken broth
1 tbspsalt
1/2 bunchgreen onion
1/2lime

start by cutting avocados and add to blender with all ingredients. check salt level.

your gazpacho will be soup like consistency. before chilling add your 1/2 lime squeezed stir & chill for 20 minutes in a plastic container. top with fresh sour cream & serve with bread of choice.
