  1. 1/3 cupoil
  2. 3medium eggs, scrambled
  3. 1 lbShrimp
  4. 3 cupcooked rice
  5. 1/3 cupsoy sauce
  6. 1zucchini
  7. 3carrots
  8. 1medium onion, chopped
  9. 1 cupbroccoli, chopped
  10. 2 tspChinese five spice
  11. 1 tbspminced garlic
  12. 1/2 tbspminced ginger
  13. 1red pepper flakes, to taste
  14. 1cayenne pepper, to taste

  1. 1

    Heat wok or large skillet with oil (peanut, vegetable, or canola) and scramble the eggs in oil.

  2. 2

    Add everything except the rice and soy sauce. Heat until shrimp is cooked through.

  3. 3

    When shrimp is cooked, add rice and soy sauce. Stir until all ingredients well mixed.

  4. 4
