Ingredients

19 servings

16 ozsteamed broccoli chopped into small pieces
3 largeeggs
1 1/2 cupcheese (I used cheddar blend)
1 cupseasoned breadcrumbs
1Salt and Pepper to taste

Steps

Preheat over to 375°F

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until breadcrumbs and egg are incorporated

Take small portions of mixture and form with hands into patties
4

Place patties on greased cookie sheet
5

Bake for 25 minutes total, flipping patties 1/2 way through cooking.
