Ingredients: 1/4 cup packed brown sugar; 1/2 cup ketchup; 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef; 1/2 cup milk; 1 egg; 1 1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp ground black pepper; 1 small onion, chopped; 1 celery stalk(4-5 stalks chopped); 1/4 tsp ground ginger; 1 cup bread crumbs; 2 garlic cloves; 1 tbsp worstechire sauce

I had never had meatloaf before a few years ago.Ever since i began working at the hospital i tried it, and Omg, iloved it! MEATLOAF was the thing i looked forward too. I love their meatloaf. So i had to make this. And after several experiments i finally perfected it. this is the perfect taste perfect texture and the only recipe i ever use for meatloaf. My friends and family love it.

Ingredients

1/4 cuppacked brown sugar
1/2 cupketchup
1 1/2 lblean ground beef
1/2 cupmilk
1egg
1 1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspground black pepper
1small onion, chopped
1celery stalk(4-5 stalks chopped)
1/4 tspground ginger
1 cupbread crumbs
2garlic cloves
1 tbspworstechire sauce

Steps

Preheat your oven to 350°F, and lightly greasea cookie sheet.

Make sauce: add brown sugar, ketchup, ginger, worstechire sauce and mix well. Set aside.

In another bowl: add remaining ingredients: beef,milk,egg,salt, pepper,onion, garlic, celery, bread crumbs. Mix with hands and drop over mixture kn lightly greased cokkie sheet. Mold into a loaf . place sauce mixture over the loaf (covering it all) and place in oven for 1hr (or until juices clear).

Serve with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Enjoy

I learn a lot from them actually lol.I just had a baby girl 3 months ago, and im working on getting my body back lol, Im happily married to a great man, my best friend, 4 years 7 months to the date, and I won his heart over way before he knew I could cook, but it didnt hurt once he found out ;^)
