Ingredients

  • 1/4 poundsmoked beef sausage
  • 1 tablespoonextra Virgin olive oil
  • 2medium homemade biscuits see one of my recipes

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil

  2. 2

    Split the sausage lengthwise but not all the way through and fry in pan

    Add the sausage after its fried crispy and cut in half.
