  • 3pace garlic
  • 1onion
  • 1Green pepper
  • Oil
  • 3-4Fresh tomatoes
  • 2 tsptomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Using a frying pan or sufuria add your oil in and heat it

  2. 2

    Add in the onion and chopped garlic in the oil fry it until it's golden in brown

  3. 3

    Add your chopped fresh tomatoes fry it until it's thick the add green pepper and add your fish.
