Ingredients

40 mins
  1. 3 cupGranulated Sugar
  2. 1 tbspLemon juice
  3. 1/4 tspMorton Coarse Kosher Salt
  4. 7 cupHeavy Whipping Cream
  5. 1/2 tspVanilla Extract
  6. 1 1/2 tspMint Extract
  7. 3 cupChocolate Chips
  8. 4drop food coloring. optional

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix all.

  2. 2

    Pour into ice cream mixer, according to your individual mixer's instructions.

  3. 3

    WITHOUT ice cream maker, stir until dissolved, pour into pan and freeze until firm, then take out and break with masher, next mix until smooth, and lastly put back into freezer until firm.

    ENJOY!
