  1. smoothie
  2. 6 ozvanilla flavored greek yogurt
  3. 1/4 cupcold milk
  4. 1 cupchopped ice, already chopped helps in a smoother texture
  5. 1/2 cuppumpkin pie mix
  6. 1/8 tsppumpkin pie spice
  7. 2big swirls of whipped cream topping
  8. 1amount of sugar to your liking, may substitute splenda

    In blender,mix all ingredients except whipped cream until smooth consistency .

    Pour in tall glass and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with a touch of pie spice and enjoy!
