Ingredients: 1 stick Jalapeño; 1 Corn tortillas; 1 as needed monterey jack cheese

My sinus been kicking in lately, so I had to make my sneezy cheesy quesadilla haha...

I know this might not be good for some peoples bad allergies, but it works for me.

Ingredients

Warm up tortillas at medium temperature

Cook for two minutes each side.

Put slices of cheese and your cut up jalapeño on your tortilla.

Cut up into into tortilla chip size and serve it with a side of Mexican sour cream/ sour cream.

I'm using (Pam organic Olive Oil Spray) good stuff.
