Works For Me Chicken

I'm a college student who loves to cook on a budget. I like to try new things & this is one of them. I don't use measurements usually just do what I believe is enough. That's how I was taught to cook. A little bit of this & a little bit of that :)
Works For Me Chicken
I'm a college student who loves to cook on a budget. I like to try new things & this is one of them. I don't use measurements usually just do what I believe is enough. That's how I was taught to cook. A little bit of this & a little bit of that :)
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover bottom of a medium sized baking pan with foil. Place about 1 spoonful of butter in the middle of foil.
- 2
Mix together seasoning salt, black pepper & old bay seasoning in a ziploc bag. Clean & dry chicken tenderloins then place them inside of ziploc bag & shake it up!
- 3
Pull out chicken tenderloins & place them in the baking pan. Proceed to cut up the garlic & green bell pepper. Then place them inside the pan surrounding the chicken. As well as, 1/2 the can of chili style diced tomatoes.
- 4
Cover the dish with foil & place in the oven until chicken is nice & tender. It's nice served over steamed rice, Enjoy :)
