Ingredients

  • 1 lbChicken
  • 1 pinchCoarse Salt
  • 1 pinchWhite Ground Pepper
  • 2 tbspUnsalted Butter
  • 2 cupHeavy Cream
  • 4 clovePeeled Garlic
  • 3/4 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 lbFettuccine Pasta

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into strips. Season with salt and white pepper and sauté in butter.

  2. 2

    In separate pot, simmer garlic cloves in cream for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Pour cream into pan with chicken, removing garlic cloves. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

  4. 4

    Cook pasta according to directions on box.

  5. 5

    Toss pasta with sauce and serve with extra Parmesan.
