2 tspChipotle paste
1 tspLemon juice
1 bunchParsley
2 tspOlive oil
1Whole trout

Preheat the oven at 200C

Mix olive oil with chipotle
3

Rub the mixture inside the trout with lemon juice and stuff it with parsley
4

Rub the whole fish with the remaining chipotle-olive mixture
5

Stick the fish in the oven for 30 min
