  • 5 sticksausage
  • 2 stickleek
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 1 dashdried parsley
  • 2 tbspgarlic butter
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 smallbottle of essence of chicken or 2 cups of any broth

    Put oil and garlic butter on to pan with sausage and sear for 3 minute

    Add leeks and essence of chicken or any stock and let it simmer for another 3 minute

    Add seasoning and off heat top garnish
