Boil all veggies except onion and tomatoes

Finaly chopped onion tomatoes and green chillies keep a side

All the steamed veggies mash them

In a pan add butter melts add cumin seeds add chopped onions saute the onions till become translucent. Add the ginger garlic paste saute till the raw aroma then add the green chillies and saute for some seconds, add the tomatoes and saute them tillthey become soft then add red chilli powder turmeric powder and paav bhaji masala mix the masale well fry for a minuts now add the mashed vegetables well with the masala and add water and combine everything well then add salt to taste with a masher mas

The veggies directly in the pan keep on stirring occasionally and let the bhaji simmer for 7 to 8 mints on a low flame if bhaji becomes dry turn of the gas

Slice the paav.on a tava heat some butter when the butter melts keep the paav on the melted butter and fry for a minuts

Pour bhaji in the plate and serve with paav
