First peel off the arbi and potatoes.

Cut in long and thin pices as like a finger chips.

Wash both veggies.put it inside.

Now take a kadai and put on the gas.add oil for fry.

Both veggies do deep fry on the slow flame till the light brown.

Now switch off the gas.and put the veggies on the plate.

Now take a nonstick pan and put on the gas.

Add two spoon oil and add the veggies saute as well.

Add all dry masalasand green chilli also.stir as well and cook for five minutes on the slow flame.

Add tomato slice or pices too.cover with lid and switch off the gas.

Now your arbi aaloo fry is ready.

Enjoy and serve with chapati.
