Steps

Place onions in a pan add 50ml cooking oil.when turning brown add eggs and stir until they are completely cooked

Add the eggs and stir. cover for the tomatoes to soften and add salt as you stir.

After a few minutes turn off heat and set side.

Boil the managu for 6-10 minutes then turn off heat and drain excess water.

Place another sufuria on the heat and put in onions and stir.

Add tomatoes (2) and stir and allow them to soften then add managu as you stir.

Add salt and milk then cover for 3-5 minutes then turn off heat and serve.
