Ingredients

  • 2 bowllauki grated
  • 1 glassmilk
  • sugar as per taste
  • 1 bowlmawa
  • 1tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook lauki with 1tbsp ghee till SEPARATION

  2. 2

    Now add milk and SUGAR...stir CONTINUOUSLY..till milk reduced

  3. 3

    Now add mawa stir till get a thick consistancy

  4. 4

    Pour mix in a greased thali

  5. 5

    When it get cool...make roll..and enjoy
