  1. 6frozen strawberries
  2. 1/2banana
  3. 1/2 cuporange juice
  4. 1mint leaf (optional)
  5. 1 tbspplain Greek yoghurt (optional)

    Put everything but mint leaf into blender and blend until smooth.

  2. 2

    Crush the mint leaf by pressing on it. Tear it into ring finger size and add to blender. Blend for thrifty seconds.

  3. 3

    Poor into glass and enjoy!
