Ingredients

  • 1 cupcream cracker crumbs or breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 tspeach of salt and white pepper
  • 4beaten eggs
  • 2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • vegetable optional
  • 3cut up fresh red chili
  • 2 cupspinach
  • 1/2 cupfried shallot optional
  • 1 cupdice red, green and yellow pepper

  1. 1

    Add the beaten eggs onto the flour and bread crumbs mixture with all its seasoning

  2. 2

    Add all vegetable and mix well then used a big spoon and scoop generously amount of the batter and deep fry till lightly brown and crispy
