  1. 1bottle champagne
  2. 1four-pack Guinness pub draught cans

Steps

  1. 1

    Fill tilted, chilled champagne flute slightly less than halfway with cold champagne.

  2. 2

    Wait for foam to subside, then slowly add an equal amount of cold stout.

  3. 3

    *Pouring the stout over the back of a spoon helps the champagne and beer separate, creating a dramatic effect.*

  4. 4

    **In place of beer, add a small scoop of lemon or raspberry sorbet to the champagne and garnish with a curl of lemon zest.**

  5. 5

    ***In place of beer, add pomegranate juice and garnish with a few cranberries.***

  6. 6

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
