  1. 1 cankidney beans
  2. 125 gramssoft cheese
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  6. 1 tbspolive oil
  7. 1 dashparsley or dill
  8. 1salt, pepper
  9. 1 tsplemon juice

    Heat oil, add chopped onion, garlic and chilli. Cook until soft. Cool down.

    Add rest of the ingredients and cooked onions to the blender.
