  • 1 cankidney beans
  • 125 gramssoft cheese
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/2onion
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 dashparsley or dill
  • 1salt, pepper
  • 1 tsplemon juice

  1. 1

    Heat oil, add chopped onion, garlic and chilli. Cook until soft. Cool down.

  2. 2

    Add rest of the ingredients and cooked onions to the blender.
