Ingredients

30 mins
5 servings
  1. 5Chicken legs
  2. 3 tbspGinger, peeled and crushed to paste
  3. 1 tbspRed chilli Powder (adjust to your taste)
  4. 2 tbsplime juice (used one whole lime)
  5. 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  6. 2 tbspCorn flour
  7. 1 tbspRed wine (optional)
  8. 1Salt to taste
  9. 1oil to fry

30 mins
  1. 1

    combine all ingredients except corn flour and oil and let it marinate and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add corn flour and deep fry the chicken till its done

  3. 3

    Serve with hot chilli sauce or any dip of your liking :) very delicious Ginger Chicken lollipops are ready !!! Enjoy :D
