Ingredients

30 mins
5 servings
  • 5Chicken legs
  • 3 tbspGinger, peeled and crushed to paste
  • 1 tbspRed chilli Powder (adjust to your taste)
  • 2 tbsplime juice (used one whole lime)
  • 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 2 tbspCorn flour
  • 1 tbspRed wine (optional)
  • 1Salt to taste
  • 1oil to fry

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    combine all ingredients except corn flour and oil and let it marinate and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add corn flour and deep fry the chicken till its done

  3. 3

    Serve with hot chilli sauce or any dip of your liking :) very delicious Ginger Chicken lollipops are ready !!! Enjoy :D
