1 tsponion powder
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspground black pepper

1/2 cupHeinz ketchup
1/2 cupdistilled white vinegar
1/4 cupsugar add water till 1/2cup stir well
1 tspsoy sauce
1 tspcornstarch
1/4 cupwater

mix the chicken spices flour well deep fry

the sauce mix all but 1/4cup of water and cornstarch in a pot bring to boil

mix cornstarch and water together well add to sauce it will thicken it and give sauce a nice sheen

you can use this sauce for shrimp pork fried vegetables fried mushrooms and fish.... of coarse chicken
