Ingredients

20 mins
  • 5med. red ripe fresh Tomatoes (not store bought)
  • 8oz. fresh Mottzarella cheese
  • 1/3cup Olive Oil
  • 2tsp. White Vinegar
  • 1tbs. dried crushed Basil leaves
  • 1/4tsp. ground Black Pepper
  • 1dash Salt
  • 1dash Garlic Powder

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Slice tomatoes and then slice in halves, set aside.

  2. 2

    Quarter cheese ball and cut slices from each chunk.

  3. 3

    Layer tomatoes and cheese slices alternately on plate.

  4. 4

    Mix remaining ingredients in jar and shake well.

  5. 5

    Pour over tom/cheese and let sit at room temp. for at least one hour.
