100 gflour
50 gButter
50 gSugar
2Eggs
1/8 cupMilk
1 tspMixed spice
1 tspBaking powder
100 gMixed fruit
Powered nutmeg

Steps

Cream butter and sugar till fluffy

Add eggs one at a time mixing.

Mix all dry ingredients add in 3 portions to the batter alternate with milk.

Add the mix fruit

Grease your star or any shaped mini pan with butter and pour in the batter bake for 20-30minutes.

Bring out of the oven and let cool and you can enjoy with cold drink, tea or juice as you like.
