Ingredients

3 canwhole kernel corn drained
8 ozsoftened cream cheese
1/2 cupmayonnaise
1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1 cupgrated cheddar cheese
2 tspdried parsley
1 tspminced garlic
1salt and pepper to taste
6-8 stripscooked bacon chopped

Steps

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Pour into a greased 11 x 9 inch baking dish and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until golden and bubbly.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. This recipe is very rich so you can change the amount of cheese if you like.
