Tomatillo vinagrette

I made this recipe in cooking class and fell in love with how fresh and mouth watering it is. The oil, salt and vinegar may vary depending on your taste so, I suggest adding a little at a time to get just the right taste. I added some crushed red pepper flakes for a litte kick.Hope you enjoy!(ps, this goes great with a steak salad)
