Puerto Rican Style Flan
As taught to me by my PR Auntie (Tía Puertorriqueña)
Steps

Preheat oven to 350°

Place 1 can of Carnation Milk into mixing bowl

Add 1 Can of Magnolia milk
- 4
Add 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 5
Crack 7 eggs and place inside Ziplock bag shake bag to mix up eggs

Once eggs are mixed place into same mixing bowl as the milk and vanilla. Mix all items together

Place into 2qt (11x7 in) pan

Place water into bigger pan and place pan with Flan inside

Place into oven together. Cook for about 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean when placed into Center of pan

Sauce

Melt 1 cup of Sugar in Small saucepan
- 13
Pour on top of cooked Flan and place in fridge to cool.
