Sabse pehle hum dough ready karenge ek bowl me maida lenge usme dahi,soda,yeast,salt,kasturi methi add karenge or water se dough ready karenge semiset.5-6 hours ke liye rakh denge.after kulche bnayenge.

Ab chole bnayenge pehle matra ko boiled karenge salt dalker.matra ko jyada boiled nahi karna proper rakhna hai.

After chole me sabhi ingredients add karenge or veggie bhi.

After mix well & lemon juice add karenge or coriander with imli water dalker mix karenge.after ready to chole.

After dough ready hai ab hum kulche bnayenge ata lenge or ache se crunchy kulche sekenge.or serve karenge garma garam serve karenge.
