Ingredients

  1. 3Ripe avocados pitted peeled and mashed
  2. 110 oz can ro*tel original diced tomatoes in green chilies drained
  3. 3/4 cupChopped onion
  4. 1 tspLemon or lime juice
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1Ground black pepper
  7. 1Serve with tortilla chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix avocados, drain tomatoes and onions lemon or lime juice and salt in a medium bowl until well blended. Season with black pepper to taste serve with tortilla chips if desired.
