I had no side dish to go with my chicken skewers. I had egg noodles and onion soup mix.. I searched for something, yet nothing. So, i improvised and came out not half bad. It needed more of the c.c. & s.c. but I was lacking the amount I wanted. Hope yall like it. Just want it to be out there, incase someone else has my problem lol

2/3 cupcream cheese
2/3 cupsour cream
1 cupmilk
2 tbspbutter
1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1 envelopeLipton Onion Soup Mix; 4 oz
3 cupegg noodles; pre-cook & set aside

Add cream cheese to large sauce pan.. melt a bit, then add sour cream.. once mixed, add milk.

Bring to a slow boil.. medium heat.. add butter, stir.. Then add parmesan cheese & onion soup mix.. stir until completely mixed.

Add noodles to mixture, mix well. Heat though and shut off heat. If you need more milk, add a splash!
