  • 8 sliceWhole Wheat Bread
  • 3/4 cupAlmond Milk (or Vanilla Almond Milk)
  • 2 largeEgg Whites
  • 1 largeEgg
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspVanilla Extract
  • 2 tspButter
  • 1 tbspMaple Syrup (optional)
  • 1/2Banana (optional)
  • 1Handful Raspberries (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla until well blended

  2. 2

    In skillet, add butter

  3. 3

    When butter is melted add sliced bread pieces dipped in egg mix into the skillet

  4. 4

    Once crispy, add bananas, raspberries and maple syrup as you like!

  5. 5

    Mmm enjoy!

Very good i added cinnamon and the almond milk added sweetness but I couldn't tell I used it.
