  1. 3 tbspfat free probiotic yogurt (la yogurt)
  2. 1 cupcorbett canyon Pinot Grigio
  3. 1hersheys chocolate syrup
  4. 2 cupsilk dark chocolate almond milk
  5. 1/4bottle of Becks blue non alcoholic beer
  6. 1 tbspvanilla essence
  7. 1 1/2 cupice
  8. 2 3/4 cupneapolitan ice cream
  9. 2fruit at the bottom yogurt (I used blue berry from Dannon)

    Assemble all ingredients.
