  • 15 ozcan garbanzo beans
  • 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 tbsptahini
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper

  1. 1

    Drain and rinse chickpeas in colander.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients into food processor.

  3. 3

    Blend until smooth about 1.5 to 2 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl as needed.

  4. 4

    Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. Transfer to bowl and serve or keep refrigerated for up to a week.
