S'mores Brownie Bites
I made them for a friend's birthday and now I have to make them for her all the time!
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line mini muffin tins with liners
- 2
In a small sauce pan over low heat, melt butter
- 3
Remove pan form heat and add 3/4 of the mini chocolate chips. Stir til melted
- 4
Transfer chocolate mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Gradually beat in flour until the mixture is think and smooth
- 6
Stir in the remaining mini chocolate chips
- 7
Fill each paper liner with about 2 heaping tablespoons of batter
- 8
Push 3 mini marshmallows halfway down in the center of the batter
- 9
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs
- 10
Bake about 10 - 12 minutes, until the marshmallows are puffy and golden
- 11
Cool for 20 minutes and serve!:)

I thought of this idea when I was making Oreo brownies that I saw from a different baker on here. When I saw I had extra mix and a mini cupcake tin I thought about brownie bites. So easy to make and delicious as well. Good for kids lunches, on the go treat and for any special occasion.
