Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 lbbreakfast sausage (any kind)
  • 1 cupBiscuit (or baking mix)
  • 2 cupCheese (my favorite is Sharp cheddar)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together all 3 ingredients in a large bowl until baking mix is no longer visible.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 350 and grease a baking pan.

  3. 3

    Roll mixture into balls and place on baking pan.

  4. 4

    Bake for 20-22 minutes

  5. 5

    Enjoy
