
Chocolate Fudge Topping

In a heavy medium kettle or pot, over medium heat, combine all ingredients, stirring well, until the chocolate is melted.

Continue stirring until the syrup cooks into a smooth, silky substance. (Be careful not to have too hot of a flame because it will scorch easily.)

Cool, and store in a tight covered container in the refrigerator.

Serve cold, or slightly heated.

*You can also use this syrup for a quick chocolate milk drink. Just stir in 1 tablespoon into your milk glass.*
