Ingredients

chili
2 lbground beef
1 largeonion, chopped
1 cupfresh mushrooms (chopped)
28 ozdiced tomatoes
4 canbrown beans (14oz can)
14 ozcrushed tomatoes
1/2 cupchili powder
1/4 cuptaco seasoning
Assembly
2bags taco chips
1mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1sour cream
1salsa
jalapeños

Cook ground beef in skillet, drain and rinse thoroughly.

Combine the ground beef and remaining ingredients for the chili. Simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally.

On a plate, put a layer of taco chips, next a generous layer of chili then the shredded cheese. Add sour cream and salsa if desired.
