Cooking Instructions

Layer sausage, mushrooms, & cheese in dish.

Beat remaining ingredients together & pour over sausage mixture.

Bake until golden brown & set, about 30 minutes.

I work with the elderly doing home healthcare. I've noticed many of them eat quiche, as it's so delicious, nutritious, and easy to prepare and reheat. I was inspired to put one of my own together. It's a colorful quiche/breakfast pot pie.It's colorful and tasty. I use store bought pie shells, but I suppose you can make your own pie crust, or maybe even make with frozen hash browns in a casserole? If someone does that, let me know! I made this quiche crust from the recipe "Very Easy Crispy Pizza." I was encouraged to post the recipe by a friend, so here it is.To make the crust, refer to the recipe "Very Easy Crispy Pizza."
