Ingredients

  • 1 lbbulk pork sausage, cooked & drained
  • 4 ozmushroom slices (if use canned, make sure they're drained)
  • 2 cupor 8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/4 cupgluten-free baking mix
  • 12eggs
  • 1 cupsoy milk
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1/2 tspdried oregano leaves

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Grease rectangular baking dish 13x9x2.

  3. 3

    Layer sausage, mushrooms, & cheese in dish.

  4. 4

    Beat remaining ingredients together & pour over sausage mixture.

  5. 5

    Bake until golden brown & set, about 30 minutes.
