Wash matumbo throughly

Wash and chop tomatoes,onion,dhania,and green pepper

Put matumbo in a sufuria and pour in a little water to boil until dry

Fry onion in another sufuria until brown then add the turmeric
- 5
Add carrots, coriander, tomatoes,potatoes and green pepper to cook for 10 min,add matumbo and 2 cups of water cover and cook for 20 min.
