1/4 cupcorn starch
Fry oil

Get chicken piece and run under water

Roll chicken pieces in flour
3

Mix beer, eggs and corn starch
4

Roll chicken pieces in corn starch
5

Re-roll chicken for second layer of flour
6

Set aside under all chicken has been coated and put in oil
7

Should cook for 5 minutes per side at 340 degrees F°
