Ingredients

1 hour
4 servings
  1. 1 lbground bison
  2. 2 tbspYour favorite BBQ sauce
  3. 1/2sweet onion, finely chopped
  4. 1raw egg
  5. 1/4 cupseasoned bread crumbs
  6. 2 tbspparsley
  7. 2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1salt & pepper, to taste

    Mix together, by hand, all ingredients in a bowl.

    Form meatloaf into a football shape. Place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking oil. If desired, spread additional tablespoon of barbecue sauce over the top of the meatloaf before baking.

    Bake in a 350°F oven for about 1 hour, or until internal temperature of meat reaches 160°F. Note: bison meat is much leaner and healthier for you than regular beef and is so unbelievably delicious! Best served with garlic rosemary mashed potatoes!

I have made this 4 times and today will make 5. It's not only easy to make but absolutely delicious. I haven't made meatloaf with ground beef since.
