Authors Notes: * You can subtract the strawberries and jam and add peanut butter to make this dessert a delectable Elvis Presley style, "Peanut Butter and Banana Mousse." Add crushed peanuts and crushed dried banana slices as toppers. * Or you can subtract the bananas and add peanut butter and more strawberry jam for a delicious PB&J Mousse. * If you choose to serve your Mousse chilled, expect your drizzled, once melted chocolate to be crisp, like a chocolate bar and just as delicious!

Strawberry Mousse Strawberry Mousse
I bought plenty of strawberries and somebody also gave some to me. I used them to make a mousse with a little bit of an effort. You can use any kind of 12 cm mould, but I used a tart mould. I use the same mould for the sponge and jelly inside.Alcohol content is evaporated from the white wine so you won't taste too much of it. For 15 cm [5.9 in] circle mould with removable bottom. Grape Mousse Grape Mousse
I had delicious grapes, so I thought I would make mousse with them. This mousse is very moist, so it's fluffy and smooth, my favorite combination.I used Dole 100% grape juice.I used sheet gelatin. If you are using powdered gelatin, use five times more water to dissolve. If you use small grapes you don't have to cut them in half, but you should take the seeds out if they bother you. Easy Mint Mousse Easy Mint Mousse
I kept buying small packages of mint at the supermarket and they'd go bad, so I thought I could make something with them besides herb tea. I also wrote about this in Step 12.I learned how to use chopped mint to infuse a liquid from a recipe by food writer Fujino Makiko that appeared in a magazine. If you don't have mint liqueur, increase the amount of mint leaves. Speaking of which, the mousse had a lot less color than I expected, so I added a little bit of green food coloring. It doesn't affect the taste, so you don't need it if you don't mind the color. For enough to fill 2 150ml bowls. Recipe by Sabumochi cookpad.japan -

Rich and Creamy Chocolate Mousse ❤️ Rich and Creamy Chocolate Mousse ❤️
This mousse has a custard base but a light, fluffy, and smooth texture. It is chocolatey and decadent - the perfect dessert for guests or loved ones. This is the first time I’ve ever made mousse, and I was impressed with the overall ease and simplicity of this recipe. The mousse comes together relatively quickly, but you do have to allow at least six hours for it to chill. Be sure to take that time into account when planning your menu. After serving this to guests, one remarked, “This is better than what you get at a restaurant!” I totally agree, and I’m already looking forward to making it again! This recipe is from King Arthur Flour#Dessert #Sweet #Treat #Valentine #ValentinesDay #Decadent #Rich #Fancy #LoveatFirstBite Chris Gan -

Strawberry Mousse Strawberry Mousse
I heard that strawberries, which contain plenty of folic acid, are good for expectant mothers, so I came up with a delicious way of enjoying them. If the strawberries are sweet, you only need a small amount of sugar. The key to the light, airy texture is not whipping the heavy cream too much! Even slightly tart or unripened strawberries can turn into a stylish dessert. For 4 servings. Recipe by Nagomipan cookpad.japan
