Quick Salsa Quick Salsa
I suppose it would be easier to put the tomatoes, bell pepper, etc. to a food processor and pulse for a few seconds. But since I don't have one, I have to do it the old-fashioned way--slice and dice them manually! I call this quick salsa because I just slice and dice vegetables that I found in my fridge. If you only have tomatoes and onions, that would work, too. Angela Mertoyono -

Quick and Easy Salsa Quick and Easy Salsa
This salsa is super quick and very cheap to make. I didn't want to drag out my blender, so I used my smoothie maker and it worked great. Don't keep it on to long or you will have Mexican flavored tomato sauce. My kids love this stuff! So if you're trying to save some money or don't want to go to the store, you can make this with stuff sitting in your cupboard. Enjoy!Travis Jeffrey

Southern Heat Salsa Southern Heat Salsa
I dislike jalapeños and every recipe I've found calls for them, so I made my own recipe with serranos and bell peppers, for a sweet and spicy salsa everyone can enjoy. I used orange and yellow bell peppers, but any color will do just fine. AcidRainbow -
Creole Salsa Creole Salsa
Salsa with a Creole flavor is so yummy! I stumbled across the recipe in an old cookbook that belonged to my great granny. I enjoyed it so much that I made enough to be canned! So far…24 pints and 7 half pints of Creole Salsa sitting on the shelf. Edit: second batch: I used fresh big boy tomatoes in place of the “store bought” can of tomatoes. My neighbor asked if I cooked it before canning? Nope, it’s cooked during canning.#GlobalApron 2024 Sonya Bankester
