Steps

Gather & prep all ingredients. First, In a deep bowl, combine and mix slightly hot water and sugar. Stir/whisk until sugar is FULLY DISSOLVED. Feel free to use room temperature water but it does take time to dissolve the sugar. Keep aside to cool and prepare the rest. Next, juice the lime or lemon (we used mostly lemon), peel garlic cloves & wash the chilies. Place garlic cloves and chillies in a chopper.

Chop/mince garlic and chilies. See pic below for reference.

COMBINE & MIX chopped ingredients with ✅️B (the rest of the ingredients - sugared water, fish sauce & lime/lemon juice). Taste & adjust seasonings as needed. Store in a glass jar or bottle and refrigerate.
