Ingredients

  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 1/2 tspamchur powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok,add cumin,when crackle cumin add all spices and saute for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add boiled and mashed potatoes..mix well.

  3. 3

    Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add garam masala and mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with roti/paratha...
