My dad came up with this when he was on weight watchers. I tried it and fell in love and FYI, I wasn't even on a diet. I believe this is 2 points per serving for weight watchers. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 1 canlarge can pumpkin
  2. 1 smalltub fat free cool whip
  3. 1 tsppumpkin pie spice
  4. 2 boxsugar free/fat free vanilla or butterscotch instant pudding
  5. 1pre-made pie crust

    Stir in dry ingredients; Stir in pumpkin; fold in cool-whip. Put in pie crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Then serve.
